FINALLY MUD UPDATE IS ON THE WEB!!!!!!
I've decided the best way to include everyone each time I send out an update would be to simply post the update to the internet and let everyone read it at their leisure. So here is the first post ont he web.
This will be a quick post, just to get the thing up and out there.
Sarah and I are doing great. We had an awesome BBQ with a couple of our friends for the fourth of July... umm... on the fifth of July. Eh, I don't think the forefathers would mind it being a day late. For the actual fourth we celebrated with the City of Montgomery fireworks show! What a show it was too! Quite a good program for a city of its size.
I am enjoying life at my new job. The commute of only 7 miles does not allow for a lot of TV viewing, but at least the gas bill has gone down :). Gas is now at $3.92/gallon now in Montgomery and I hear its closer to $4 in Birmingham. I really enjoyed working at UAB, but it simply was not feasible.
Mom is coming to visit in a couple of weeks and we're getting ready for her. Once again I'll be called on to BBQ. The only downside is she is not staying very long. We're still looking forward to her visit.
Sarah has been really enjoying not having to get the house ready to sell. We are both enjoying the fruits of her efforts as the house is in a far better condition than when we first bought it. That was even verified by the grandson of the previous owners who stopped by the other day to show his fiance his grandparents old house. Sarah's awesome... of course I already knew that. Oh did I mention she made me a Pumpkin Pie! WOW She's just amazing!!!!!
The dogs are all doing good. Godiva freaked out on the fourth like she always does when there are fireworks around. Gruff is having occasional seizures, but they are rare and not very strong so we'll see if it develops further. Mango is still mango... only she's like two of the Mango's from three years ago. She is wide with pride baby!
